Data Processing Addendum

Purpose

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of any service agreement between MetricWorks.in and its customers where personal data is processed.

Roles

• Customer acts as Data Controller.
• MetricWorks.in acts as Data Processor.

Processing Activities

Personal information may be processed solely for delivering contracted services.

Security Measures

• Encryption where applicable
• Access controls
• Authentication controls
• Regular security updates
• Backup procedures

Subprocessors

Cloud hosting providers and technology vendors may be used to deliver services.

Data Breach Notification

MetricWorks.in will notify affected customers without undue delay after becoming aware of a confirmed security incident.

Data Deletion

Upon project completion or termination, customer data shall be returned or deleted subject to legal retention obligations.
